What We Collect

When you join the Stitchington by Brathwaite Inc. list, we collect your email, optional first name and optional phone number, along with your marketing choices, the consent wording and signup time.

Bulk Apparel Requests

When you request a bulk quote, we store your organization, contact details, apparel needs, estimated quantity, deadline, logo status, reorder plans and any notes. We use these details to assess and respond to your request. Requests are stored with our website hosting provider and are accessible to the website owner. When our CRM connection is enabled, request details are also copied into HubSpot to manage quotes and follow-up tasks. Quote submissions do not subscribe you to marketing. Contact us to request correction or deletion.

How We Use It

We use your signup to provide your first-order offer and send the updates you choose. Text permission is separate from email permission. The signup itself sends no email or text. Your contact information is stored with our website hosting provider and is available to the site owner for managing the list and downloading contacts. It is not displayed publicly.

Your Choices

You can unsubscribe from email and text marketing at any time. Contact create@stitchington.com to correct or delete your information. We retain signup records while managing the list and opt-out records to avoid contacting people who have unsubscribed.

Website And Orders

The website counts design views and order-link activity without tracking cookies. Quote forms may also save campaign labels from the page URL (source, medium and campaign) to help us understand where inquiries originate. We do not save these labels when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Orders and information submitted through our Broidry store are handled by Broidry.
