Standard production is estimated at 10–15 business days after final artwork approval and the payment or deposit stated in your quote, subject to garment availability. Shipping time is additional. Large orders, specialty garments and changes may take longer. We confirm your schedule before payment. Rush service depends on availability and a quoted fee. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Submit your quote request, then reply to our email with a clear JPG or PNG of your logo. Tell us your placement and preferred colors. We check whether the design is suitable for embroidery and explain any artwork or setup changes before starting.

Yes. Review your itemized quote, sizes, spelling, logo placement and artwork proof. Production begins after approval and required payment. Later changes may affect pricing and timing; we will discuss those with you first.

Businesses, teams and organizations planning a multi-piece order qualify, subject to design suitability and our 6-piece uniform minimum. Single-piece orders and standalone sample requests do not qualify. One logo stitch-out on a fabric swatch, up to 4 × 4 inches, is included per organization, with one logo and one color combination. Standard sample setup is included; finished garments and additional versions are not. Send your logo and planned quantity so we can confirm eligibility. Samples are usually ready 5–7 business days after artwork approval. Atlanta pickup is free; optional shipping is quoted for approval before dispatch.

The 15% signup offer is for qualifying individual apparel orders. Business/team quotes and quantity pricing are excluded. We confirm any uniform discounts in your itemized quote; offers cannot be combined.
